Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Yes, you are meant to be having a rest day g.man!!!

I had a quiet run in the woods trying to avoid g.man and his club runners, I wanted to pootle around at a slow pace. It was wet, misty in the woods, but refreshing only saw a quick glimpse of a club runners fluorescent jacket otherwise very quiet, slightly eeire run, but not in a scary, wheres the axe murderer kind of way. :)

My run was very hard work. The brutal westerly wind was a b!tch.

15+ miles @ 9:17.

After a very hectic May the time has come for a period of regeneration.

Nice off-road 18 in Little Switzerland. Nice apart from the hailstorm.

First run after Edinburgh - easy 3.5 miles. Still can feel leg injury but not too bad. Great to be back!

Woodland Half Marathon - lovely race, wasn't sure if I was going to go through with it having suffered from a cold for the last week and a half, but thought what the hell, let's go and enjoy it. Didn't finish last, either.
