Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Great. First run since the VLM, a nice steady 5.5 miles no stiffness so I'm happy :)

My run was distinctly damp :-)

But I like running in the rain :-)

Yes it is raining a bit in this neck of the woods. I just missed the rain tonight, it started just as I was having a cuppa at the club!

Seven miles on trails through woodland and alongside a canal- the best run I have had since climbing off the physio table.

Split my tempo run in half with a 45 minute dip in the swimming pool with the children. Ideal way to freshen up after a very muggy start. Dead close down in this neck of the woods this evening :-)
