easy 6 miles with the dogs at lunch, to make my monthly target at last. Nice to take it easy for a change. Parkrun in the morning so can cane it then!!

Not a very good 6 miles at lunch time today. Too much beer at the Reading Beer Festival last night. Want to go home for a sleep now!!!

Good 5 miles. finding it difficult to keep the pace down though, about 20 sec per mile faster than planned

Not run since VLM, begining to think post marathon madness is worse than tapering madness.................

Toes are almost better so will be training again very soon

today's run was mostly (entirely) mint, a quick run round Oakley Mynd, no one about, ground conditions not too dry, not too wet, felt absolutely brill, ha, one is on a high now :-)
