Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Ditched it when I got in. Hadn't felt brilliant all day, got in with a headache, so did supermarkt shopping instead and made a curry when I got home. I think I didn't fuel right after yesterdays combined efforts as I've been craving pizza all day. I've managed to resist, but at the expense of a jar of stir in taikka masala.

A couple of glasses of wine tonight should see me right

It was a bit wet, I felt quite rubbish after too much work and not enough drinking the night before (or something like that) and I got yapped at by some rat-like dog thing with a better hair cut than me. The run was a little slower due to some of the events I've just talked about. 7 miles. 46 mins.

A short 4 miler to Crick. Lots of lambs in the fields and snowdrops popping up everywhere. Spring is nearly here.

Quite cold. 7 miles, not massively interesting. Pancakes.
