Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Forsook the park- too icy - and ran through Crosby on clear roads to the prom, where I turned off down the beach and found even that frozen in huge areas. Trails & fields & dodgy side roads took me home. 5 miles, ruthless, strong breeze.

Last night's run was pretty good. 8 miles, slushy and a bit slippy in parts but still pretty enjoyable. There were a few others out too..More of the same tonight.

Wet, slushy, slippery and only approx 2.5 miles (forgot to start the Garmin). Ended up doing laps of the building where I work to avoid further soaking my feet off road. But I loved it.

Cold, slippery and a little crusty...but enough about me. haha. 7 and a half miles in the slush. Colder tonight than it was last night, my lips started to freeze over at point I think and I got poked in the eye by a low hanging branch. Could have been better really...
