Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

not going to happen, i'm asleep at my desk in the office and having to peel my eyes open. Maybe I'll just make it out for 4 miles. The rain will help! (I love running in drizzle too!)

43 minutes of ME TIME

6 ¾ - 7 miles in a nice 43 minutes

I had a nice rest Monday and Tuesday , apart of course from my normal choirs

But tonight Wednesday , Phillip is with the community nurse, my wife is in college until 9pm, that says she’s a little better - all I can say is thank goodness

So, I decided this evening to have a little training run, I really had to kick my arse out the door I can tell you, but I set off quietly, just minding my own business, I felt weird and really couldn’t bother, and after about 2 miles I began to move

So, I decided to take a slightly longer route, I can do that quite easily from my house, as I have to say the same route can and does get just plain bloody boring

So in all I went about 6 ¾ - 7 miles , it was good, I am so glad I went out, I am still living Abingdon from Sunday, and was simply so pleased for McNewbie who I have spoken to today

Talking to her, She really inspires me, but I do have to get on with life, I am always there for her to give her advice on marathon running

Sounds like a good run mick!

First decent run since my running 'bleurgh' of last week. Did my best distance for a set time and although it felt laboured to start with, it was good after that.

Been cycling to work this week so have done 5 hours of commuting and I think it's made me a little bionic! Woop woop!

Great news, Mick - fine recovery running - and well done, Neigeblanche - glad you're on the mend :)

5.6 miles on the dark, quiet roads of N. Liverpool, with only a milk float threatening my wellbeing ;)
