Yesterday was calm and pleasing. Not due to run again until recing on Wednesday (220 Summer Triathlon Series Race 4 down at Dorney).

Nearly ten miles as well and soaking wet with heavy rain. Needs Must when you have a race to train for eh!

11.5 miles - mix of roads, trails and cross country. Topped the tan up. Nice.
