Too tired adn then half cut to put this on yesterday.
20.00m (02:59:59) - Running - Long Run

Hendon, Highgate,Archway,Holloway,Islington,Kings X, The Strand, T Square, Buck Palace, Park Lane, Paddington, Maida Vale, Kilburn, Cricklewood to Brent X. Lots of stop start in Central London.

Intial pace too quick and paid for it later on, but it was great fun :) :)

it was beautiful and the sunrise is amazing, loved my run, 2 hrs of it :-)

I did 15.25 miles this morning. Perfect weather and its the furthest i have ever run. :)
