Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

How was your run today?

Rather pleasant, actually. Bright sunshine this morning but the frost still on the grass. No wind, a few dog walkers. As I went on I passed a few other runners out enjoying the glorious morning, and all but one said hello back (and the one that didn't was a young lady who, I think, was a bit intimidated by a stranger in dark glasses and a silly wooly hat talking to her before breakfast. I mean, who wouldn't be?).

And I did the same route as last weekend so this was my joint longest run ever at 4.7 miles. I should clock up my century for the year by the end of next week at this rate.

Great weather but run not up to scratch i not feel 100% in the run. Think i set off to quick ...however my longest run ever of 20.15 miles in 2:41 so spot on marathon pace.
