Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Fantastic! I only started running in December and today I ran for a whole hour without stopping. I was quite slow for two reasons 1. I have never in my whole life run for that long before and 2. I am quite slow!!
I managed to cover 5.4 miles / 8.7Km in that time so I am well chuffed!

A short 2 miles to test the fitness of my achilles. Still feels a little like someone is putting a finger into a bruise when I 'toe off'...not a painful pain, just that sort of pain that is slightly sore, but slightly nice; you know what I mean, like when you've had a good work out at the gym and someone pokes you in your abs ;-)

The niggle wore off slightly when I was running...I could still feel it but it didn't seem to be as vocal towards the end of the run. :-) Not sure I could manage 20 mile on it though, I guess we'll see how this weeks training goes and listen to my body.
