But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Hard work - along the beach just after high tide and into a headwind was never going to be easy. At least it stopped me going too fast

slow, dodging in and out of traffic and trying to get the kids (7 & 9) across the roads on their bikes safely. Still it was a run, could have been worse and stayed in.
