Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

My run today was a bit of a private affair, I think I had the Shropshire hills to myself, covered in snow, jolly cold. carrying a small rucksack with warm kit in it. Most of which I ended up wearing. Just a totally brilliant run. In a superb mood now. Only fell over once in a snow drift.

Hohum, your run sounds idyllic :)

My first run was 11.5 miles in the company of my lovely husband and a pair of very cold feet.

My second run ... well, I'm about to find out. It'll be short, and I suspect my feet may get cold again because my 230s aren't properly dry yet.

Was expecting ice too, but the pavements were 98% clear, with an odd splodge or 2 of slippery stuff in the more exposed parts ;) 5.5 miles but in a mellow stylee.....

Glad I didn't delay the second run, because it's getting icier by the minute out there.

4 miles, 10.30mm pace, no notion of doing any more.
