Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Instead of my recent Monday routine of 30 minutes easy in the morning and then 30 minutes steady in the afternoon after 30 minutes of core stability work.

I followed the core stability workout with an hour run. First half at an easy pace then picked up on the second half by almost a minute per mile.

ok. 14 miles with the running pram so it felt longer. Nice day though, but, boy, that last 6 miles running along the river Dee is so BORING!! I only ever do it with the buggy, because its flat and traffic-free.

I'm new to running properly and I'm completely new to this site. I did a steady 22 minutes, which I think is about 2 miles. Pleased with myself for keeping going the whole way without any walking and my legs feel pretty much OK this morning.
