went out at 9pm & after 3 days without a run I flew up & down the Buckingham road in 39 mins, was so shattered last week took me 43 mins !! a great last warm up before Hastings on Sunday :)

Enjoyed a trail + beach combo of 7.5 miles or so on a grey, cool, drizzly Merseyside morning :)

wet! Covered more than 22 miles though, not all, or even most of it running. First long distance solo effort. Got lost. (par for the course)
