Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

good. Remarkably good.

My little girl is ill, so we didn't go to granny and grandpa's in Mold where I usually do my hill run, but auntie Cathryn babysat so I could take the running buggy. Did some speedwork, pyramids. Popped into tesco's on the way back.

Despite the rain it was a good run.

Good run today - up the Sidlaws a bit "breezy" to say the least, but the sun was out! Legs bit tired after two short sharp sessions through the week, but still managed over 90 minutes on the hill, please as this is my first week running in three months (ex couch potato).

Hope your wee girl gets better soon Uniqua.

Hope the littl'un is better soon, Uniqua :) xxx

I went for a walk because I'm trying to keep my training low-impact just now. Was nice. 3.35 miles with my son, then a further 2.75 miles on my own. Average pace 14.08mm. I sort of flolloped down some of the hills at slightly faster than walking-pace, but am not really ready to pick up the running again yet.

'S'not the same :(
