Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

My run was just the best.

I did 2 laps of the route below.
Look familiar to anyone?

10k race at Dorney Lake.

Fantasticulous and my 2nd fastest 10k race to date. As I've only been back running a month, it's shown me that my training is finally bringing me back to fitness. :-)

20 miles, 12 of which took me down the Thames, so it was pretty nice and not too hot.

How was my run? Illegal! I am 2 weeks into a 5 week ban by my podiatrist, but cycling isn't doing the trick, mentally, so I went for a walk in my running gear... Slowest I've ever jogged my short loop, but it didn't hurt and I feel... me again.

Awful run, screwed up my plan pace and suffered for it, had pain in my left hip and leg and cut just over a mile of my planned route to get home early :-( Not happy but it was just ONE OF THOSE DAYS!!

Training with a friend for our first half marathon. Our aim today was to go past 2hrs, which we did, but on the slow side. Tricky, as I feel I can go a little bit faster but as we're training 'together' I feel I have to stick with her.

I suppose it all helps!
