Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Good but rainy.

I've got 750K out of my last few pairs of 2110s so it could happen. I always think weight must come into it. 60 kgs over 500 miles must be very different to 90 kgs.

OK but wimped out because of the cold wind and rain so did 6.5 miles on the treadmill, badly out of shape though as my legs told me quite quickly.

I set of with my daughter for Jog Scotland club night ,only to get there and everyone wimped out because it was raining, cold and lots of ice around !! Drove home again sent daughter into the house and went for a run round the village. It was chucking it down and very slippy under foot.

Was running along very wet but happy and then it happend ...THE MAGBAG ON ICE SHOW !!! Huge sheet of black ice !! Bambi did not have a look in. After much slipping, sliding ,arm flapping and screaming i managed to make a recovery and stay upright ..LMAO now. :) :)

Ran 8.5 miles this morning, including an interval session. Ran the first mile easy, then 6 x 5 mins. hard, with 2 mins. jog recoveries.

intended to do 10 miles, we only did a very slow 4.3 miles - just as well as my chest was having none of it.

In a word - shite.
