Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Good thanks, except I took a wrong turning so my tempo run was 3 miles instead of 4, makes a change from last time I went the wrong way, it added 2.75 miles to my run!

went out running at 7 this morn with the guy who runs the running at the gym.Turns out he's 76 years old ! What a bloke. Slow run to the track (never been on one) then tempo runs for 6 laps. Fast on the straight slow on the bends then a slow run back.Felt like a 'proper' runner. Asked if he had always run -no he says -i used to be the British rowing champion only started when the GNR kicked off -done them all (27) !!!
Handed me 20p in the changing rooms and said get on the scales. Better work on getting rid of some of that he says after seeing my weight. Hell -felt like rocky in the first film! looking forward to next week though.:-)
