Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Yeah, but you didn't run a 5:30 marathon. It's not like my legs have had that much of a hard workout!!

5.6 miles with Funkin, who is nursing a poorly knee. Nice pace for me at 10mm or thereabouts...meant we could talk the whole time. Of course Funkin's HR was about 54 or something ridiculous like that, he was almost going backwards with me at that pace!! Nice in the drizzle and first time with long legs on this year...still short arms though.

4 miles in Nottingham. Nice run but left foot a bit sore now. Saw two gorgeous yummy mummies also running by the Trent. Lovely.
