Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

How was your run today?

Oh and Jules, never increase your mileage by more than 10% each week! It is tempting to want to do too much too soon, but take it easy and build up slowly!

Well done Jules...:-) Running 6 miles is not easy...give yourself a BIG pat on the bag, put you feet up and enjoy the experience tonight...then start looking for your next 10K tomorrow.

Once again...well done. :-)

Cheers to all - it's a great feeling to have finally done 10k. Total respect to my running partner (Evilpixie) for getting me this far - still don't think my entry to FLM 2008 will be going in the post just yet...

Next 10k...? something flatter...!

Well done Jules - a 10 miler would be a great idea as Hann said! The hills get much easier over time, they build your strength too :-)

SODIron - well done on the PB... tell me all your training tips!! I would love a sub 50 10K this autumn/winter :-)

Absolutely wonderful 5K in a park. bit of a sun headache afterwards though, even though I drank about 4 bottles of water.
