HARD, Hilly, sludgy, cowshit, woods, hills, rain, humid, didi I mention it was hard?
30k Cross country - went on two routes that are fell runs and climbed 2300 feet or more.
Loved it!
My knee hurts again though

Well done Mudlark, brilliant effort!
Thanks Siouxsie, it's a bit sore but I'll rest it, ice it etc and it will be fine. Well done you too, glad to hear your fniggles have cleared up.

One of my best ever runs. Hills of isle of Wight...heart rate low...13 miles in 1:36. Feel fresh as a daisy.
