Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Great, although it hurt, back ache mainly. Damn blimmin car crash, must still not be over it. Still, if it were a race today I would have a 10K PB by about 3 1/2 minutes. Half marathon training programme said a 10K race, but there are none near me, so I raced my Garmin! That will teach me to eat too much Pizza with the Oxfordshire social lot last night. Oops waffly post! Oh I wish it were a race I would have a new PB!!!

Ultra Kazzaaaaah!!
3.65 miles on treadie. As much as I've enjoyed the cycling and swimming I'm really looking forward to being shot of this injury so I can get out and have a 'proper' run. Certainly been interesting marathon training!!!

Wet, was scheduled 18 miles, but knew that on the second lap of Richmond Park it would be too tempting to leave at the gate which leads for home, so took a slight shortcut across the park, a road I never usually run, and who should I bump into but the lovely Plodding Hippo and Beanz (sp?). Had a nice chat and then carried on my merry way, and finshed back at home after 17 miles.

Excellent, although very, very wet.
10 miles in and around various parts of Epping Forest in my week old Nikes. They're more comfy than my old Adidas Supernovas, but don't half let in the wet!
