I ran 2.43 - it was my last London and I hated it like the other 2

Not that I was listed as a known runner according to HoD

2008 was a pre-Fetch FLM for me and not a great run either. I remember the day starting dry and sunny. The rain started when I reached Rotherhithe which became hail and thunder and hour or so later.

My PB year too (I went faster than FLM later in the year but those are my two fastest marathons ever).

Also a rather difficult race personally as my grandfather died in the week or so before. I think his funeral was on the Thursday before the race.
