I thank you. I have, naturally enough, shown a slight gain over the past couple of days - but am still marginally below last Tuesday's official WI. So, as long as I don't allow my sister to stuff me too much at her house today, I may even show a loss over Christmas week at tomorrow's WI....

I've just been for a run and I'm feeling good.

I put on 3.5lb in 2 days this weekend as well. Hoping it is as easy to remove over the next couple of days. Overall I didn't eat much that was outside normal, but as I wasn't cooking I suspect most food was cooked/dressed with oil.

I'm having my last fling today then back to BSD tomorrow. Not even contemplating the scale now!

I put on another 2lb yesterday. It's goes on so easily; it's got to come off quickly too so I'm not stressing about it. I've got a 30 mile bike ride/sportive tomorrow which will help.

WI today - still slightly up on Christmas Eve, but a nett loss of 1.1lb in the past week. I'll take that!

It's taken me six weeks to lose the past half a stone, whereas the previous half a stone only took two weeks (but included a post-holiday whoosh). Here's to continued movement in the right direction, however erratic.

Couldn't do the restrictive calories thing as my work 2 nights 3 days a week and my job is physical strenuous at times so need the calories however I eat a lot of crap and should eat note properly. There I've said it now

That's kind of you to say, N-O. Shift work, especially the hours you work, must be incredibly difficult.
