Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Enjoy Kendal!

I must admin that I never ever thought the notebook would be so good, it’s really good though, simple.

As you know well my lovely friend I’m just not going to cut it at a paid weight service, the focus on small changes is rewarding

We’re having a rush around like mad things then watch as much footy as possible day, it’s ace! I’ve done my steps, run my run and squeezed in more water than normal at the weekend!

I even dared the man awful changing room experience today, short dungarees, if that doesn’t get me thinking about damage limitation nothing will because I bloody love a pair of denim shorts and dunga’s and there’s no hiding!!!

Am so look in forward to starting tomorrow.

Have had a very busy weekend and off to manage a British Cycling event today. Things then calm down for while!.

My first step/aim/target is to detox from yeast/sugar and therefore hopefully come Friday I will feel a lot better.

Am cutting out booze during week too.

My aim
For next week

At least five glasses of water a day
Two coffee max, ideally one in the office
Walk for min of 20 moms at lunchtime

I’m “thinking” about how to tackle the booze... Thursday night is the one night I could easily change. Friday and Saturday I could decide to change by lowering how many units

SIX glasses of water today - man! Two coffee's and walked for 40minutes - it's HOT here - I added a good beach trudge into it today

Tomorrow I'm "inducting" so could be a challenge to work out when to take my walk break.. however the aim is any kind of air break is positive so make it work we shall!

Agree with any break being positive.

I am wearing my Garmin again and aiming dor 10000 steps which should be doable

My first day of no booze and get some lovely gin glasses and gin for a present 🤣

Tomorrow am at hospital with my mum so not sure how the day will pan out but dog walks will happen still

Have you seen the new non alcoholic gin? We have quite a nice no or low alcohol section now in our local one... I did a couple of years back have a phase of no alcohol wine to see if I could go fake

Totally agree, I’ve got to be careful not to get too obsessed if I can’t achieve the 10,000 one day... it’s really for me about balance and making time to come up
For air at work... feel better for less coffee and my god more positive for having a proper break

Good pressie that will keep Mandymoo gin:)

Nice work today FRU :)

Was clinical today and ended up not going for lunch til nearly 2 so it was food as a priority and I didn’t get to the gym :(
But nearly 15000 steps done and my march up to work :)
Did well with food and water whilst at work :)
Hotdogs and beer with the football not quite on the plan ;)
