Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Hello kwala, lovely to see you in here :)

I have a problem in that I’m such a sweaty Betty that if I exert myself I need a shower, so I need to plan things carefully. Even my march up to work leaves me a bit soggy

I tend to do the 7 min app after a run from home, I can fit it in whilst my bath runs :)

Today was a walk to work, missed my lunchtime run as an old work colleague was at our hospital for a meeting so my lunch was spent catching up with her

But there was a walk back down to the station

And then danger struck and there’s been a takeaway and beer but we’ve promised each other a well behaved weekend ;)

I sweat loads to. Always have and the good old menopause helps that big time.. I’m trying to learn how to dress appropriately but that’s not easy

It’s boiling here today.

Just looking again as last night was a bit “what’s she on about” from me as I’d worked training our newest recruit then had wine in the garden to celebrate the longest night!

Up with the larks this morning, we’ve a 10th work anniv today so I’ll be short on time for running as the lady has asked us to go for a sundowner at the pub next door

Good things:
-I’m driving!

- I’ve asked for humous snd ceg at The nibbles table!
- I run a streak saver now, and still get my new extended pre work walk in

Mandymoo nice one on the ride!

Post exercise munchies-something for us to experiment with. I don’t think I ever found anything better than a bottle of choc milk or slim fast to be honest... danger alert for me is if I hit the bread and butter!

Booze alert again.., Thursday is one of my chill days. I might toy with switching to the no alcohol version to see if I can fool myself out of the habit!

My post bike ride snack is a glass of milk and 2 digestives and thats what I consumed last night.

I have just nipped into Morrisons to grab some lunch and came out with a bottle of the new strawberries and cream baileys........

I can neither confirm nor deny that after a pre-work run the first thing I did on getting to the office was get coffee (natch) and eat a whole bar of chocolate. A small one, just 50g, but a whole one.

I forgot to bring any water flavourings, but I shall probably still get through 2 litres or more anyway.

I may go shopping for a new nice notebook later, as my current one is nearly full.
