We (company) introduced gender neutral toilets a few years ago. The majority were reverted back to single sex after many complaints, mostly from men about the state that the toilets were now left in!

[we have some gender neutral and some single sex. The blue roll issues are in the single sex, and they think someone is trying to put them out of action so that the others (which are more convenient) go back to being single sex]
