Last long run done... 12m out celebrating loulou's 10k pb...really good run at around 7.45mm(ish). Don't know about rhe rest of you but I'm ready!!:) |

For anyone interested, there is a free official Berlin Marathon iphone app launched. Its mostly German but does contain some english. It has a function to transmit your location/progress on the course via 3G if your running with your phone. Followers and supporters can also use the app to track your progress then if they also download the app. I won't be carrying my phone so not much good to me but just in case anyone else is interested. |

well it looks like a quiet running week in the run-up to sunday...6/7m tomorrow with 5@mp,8-10 easy paced miles on wed then thats me untill sat morning for my pre-race 3m aaaarrgghh,why are my legs not working run!!:-o no bets placed yet but should have plenty time this week as i'm doing nothing else!!;-) Andy,dont think i'll truelly get excited untill i touch down in german land!! alles Gute Leute, hoffe, Sie bekommen das Ziel Ihrer strebt, ob es an der Zeit oder einfach nur um rund zu bekommen!:) |

I've a similar week in store this week Stoosh. About 6m tomo with my club, 7-8 on wednesday and then a wee stretch of the legs in Berlin Fri or Sat. Feels weird having so much free time again and not running despite wanting to go for a run. |

I think it might have been either printing the boarding passes etc or starting packing minor bits 'n' bobs that set me off. Can't say I'm happy about the hot weather forecast though!!
