60 minutes easy. Warmish, negligible breeze. Slightly overdressed to try to squeeze in a smidgin of acclimatisation. Legs fine, HR went up and stayed up. Stopped near the end to chat to Paul who used to run and was working in his garden on Brayton Park, was there for ages, bit stiff when I got going again!

My Garmin doesn't recognise acclimatisation.
I found adding layers for heat training really beneficial albeit doing it in winter meant all the layers and a heated vest! It really works through.
