Waiting for the official time but based on my Garmin I have to be pleased with another 37 seconds off my pb! (of 2 weeks ago).
I was trying to keep to around 9:08mm which was about where my best Eye 10k minutes were. As you can see mile 1 was too fast but meandering round the estate was causing my paces to go all over the place. And after the headwind in mile 5 I was tiring rapidly. A brief stop to take on water just before mile 6 helped me keep going to the end and Mrs C's shouting at me at the run-in spurred me on to a few steps sprint finish.
Happy with this. :-)
