southcoastclaret Really chuffed - 2nd fastest half ever, and shows I am getting back into shape. Last 5 miles were a bit of a struggle but didn't slow too much. Really well organised and friendly event - definitely on the do again list. Weather - hot and sunny at the start, then became windier, cloudy and cooler, with some really quite heavy showers at times. Miles 7:08 7:03 7:03 7:02 7:01 7:03 7:07 6:58 7:14 6:51 7:38 7:20 7:05 0:32 last split (NB I was slightly late pressing for mile 11).First half 46:17, 2nd half 47:16. Position 77th out of 409.
