MudMeanderer Pleasant course, if rather warm. Happy enough with how I ran, especially as I only ended up with a number 20mins before the start (I been intending to do my own relaxed run over Ilkley Moor way). A little stomach discomfort between about 15-18k, possibly due to mild dehydration. The Swoops really didn't suit that course though, and a blister and slightly achey shins resulted, but nothing that should stop training.
