The "wave" - and it was a wave, came right over the top of me from behind and it was as I had just come out of a swimming pool. Not nice when I still had another five miles or so to get home. Absolute arseholes, the people who do this. They drive around as if nothing outside of their vehicle exists.

They don't think at all ... no rational though, positive or negative, crosses their minds. They'll toss the can or crisp bag or whatever and give it absolutely ZERO thought.

However, they'd probably issue far more fines to such people if they were in plain clothes. I agree with you, Seratonin. Too often, cans or bottles are left next to or on top of litter bins which are not full. I wish I could understand the mentality of such filthy individuals.
