PDFs are not sufficiently portable. They should reformat to fit the screen you are using and the font size you have chosen to view in. They should be called RDFs for Rigid Document Format.

I got the hang of it today, just about happy with the finished article, looks lots better, all rather unnecessary it seems.

Seeing a lady walking along behind her hubby in full on black burkha with total face covering in today's sweltering heat whilst said hubby & child stroll along in western style dress i.e. trousers and t shirt. It really does wind me up. If the female half of the partnership has to be kitty out in full Islamic garb how come the menfolk of Islam never or rarely seem to think the same conditions apply to their dress!

[JR - because certain elements of the Islamic faith believe women dressed in anything other than a bhurka are tempting men to misbehave. It's all our fault you see.]

Gar-fucking-min.
My unit threw a wobbly last night, and on reset has wiped all history, all workouts and all settings. What a bastard.
I'm now trying to convince myself that 3 days of training that will never be downloaded will still actually have a training benefit....;-)

Burgas are insulting & offensive IMO to both men & women- women because why should they have to cover themselves like that & men because it assumes all men can't control themselves. It really is one of the things go that really get ds my fears.

Thameslink (run by the woeful Govia who are also responsible for the Southern franchise) and their almost comical inability to run a train service. Today is the second time in as many days MrW's journey home has been massively delayed. Yesterday it was something/someone kicking off in Harpenden (of all places), today it's the hardy perennial, broken down train. Since we've moved here there's been only one day where cancellations or delays haven't impacted both or one of us.
