Said motorist then approaches a green light and decides to practice his emergency stop. Seems to happen a few times a week now in my town and have seen this a lot driving in Scotland. Also, two lane road. One lane turns right yet there's always someone who comes bombing up that lane and darts in front of everyone in the left lane. Every day without fail now.
