I discovered that I’ve been paying for a Friends & Families Call package that has been included for free in our basic landline package for several years. Whilst speaking to BT to get it cancelled as I couldn’t do it on line, I was told that the Voicemail and Call Protect package that we pay for is also included free in our basic package. Grrr…..
