Not just delivery drivers, any drivers. And bonus points for sitting there for ages with their engines running, too. I live relatively near a primary school and school is out at 3.05 and 3.20 for infants and juniors respectively. If I come back from a lunchtime walk at 2.30 there are already people at the end of my road with their engines running. Thankfully not on the pavement, though.
