I guess it's NHS privacy rules, but still seems a bit daft.

Got one of the last trains to London Bridge and we were all herded quite rudely by the staff out of one exit so they could lock up, go home early and strike! Thames Clipper service was busy and ended up paying £36.00 for nothing after queuing for nearly an hour and unable to get on a boat despite enough arriving and customers getting off. Should have used the DLR which I tried to explain to my son and he only changed his mind as it became obvious that were going to arrive late.
