Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

FUCKWITS. Total fuckwits. Who get on trains in thecwrong carriage and proceed to walk through the whole length of that carriage, GETTING IN EVERYONE'S WAY, when they could way along the platform because the train doesn't leave for 10 minutes.

People who send messages to ask how things are and don't reply back when I send a reply. Why bother asking if you don't want to engage into a conversation?

I don't know if 'grinds my gears' is the phrase or just 'makes me laugh', but my Parkinson's nurse often follows up our meetings by sending me printouts of web pages relating to our discussions. I guess it's NHS privacy rules, but still seems a bit daft.

When the signal to my Sky dish gets taken out by heavy rain. As happened Saturday evening, 10 mins from the end of a really good film.

Went to a show at the O2 last night. Yes, we did know about the rail strike!

Got one of the last trains to London Bridge and we were all herded quite rudely by the staff out of one exit so they could lock up, go home early and strike! Thames Clipper service was busy and ended up paying £36.00 for nothing after queuing for nearly an hour and unable to get on a boat despite enough arriving and customers getting off.

Should have used the DLR which I tried to explain to my son and he only changed his mind as it became obvious that were going to arrive late.
