I call them, and they ask for letters from my secret answer to a question. They don't tell me what the question is. So I'm to remember a random word that I probably set up 22 years ago. OK.

[And then, at the end, the till says "have you scanned all your shopping?" to which I always sarcastically say, out loud, "No" !]

People park there while their passenger 'pops in' to Tesco round the corner. I've gone out and asked them to turn their engine off and just been ignored. Both selfish and thick, I'd say.
