Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

(Have never watched the wheel cos of mcintyre, but caught celeb weakest link yesterday and only tanni grey Thompson was OK, the rest were shockingly stupid. Genuine question: what is 26 taken away from 29? Answer after considerable pause: 4)

I watched The Wheel with my son last night simply because he met Lady Leshurr when she visited his school (she was the weakest player). It was only when they asked the question near then end about what was a certain woman regarded as the first to do around 1815, I got a sense of deja vu and we checked to see when it first aired. A bit of a poor show by Auntie Beeb to broadcast a repeat for Saturday night television.

I guess they have to have some thickies on The Weakest Link or The Wheel just to make it interesting. Probably why Eggheads isn't prime time TV.

Conference calls that start at 7am. Or anything earlier than 9am, to be honest.

Waking up.

I was in such a lovely, contented, dreamy place this morning.

Waking up absolutely ruined it :(

Funny enough, last night I dreamt that a colleague called around 7.30 am to tell me to join a three-way Skype meeting that moment.

People who make comments about the Wordle answer which gives you a big hint and takes all the fun/skill out of it.

Constantly waiting for people to make decisions and carry out actions that affect my life. Days then weeks drift by despite my phone calls to ask what the situation is and if there is any updates yet.
