At this rate I'm going to be nearly 300 quid out of pocket because neither of them will take responsibility and refund me for a hotel room that I couldn't get to in a hotel that won't be open if I could get there (or wanted to).

[Did take pleasure when I asked someone 'did they know there's a one way system', and a Tesco employee asked/instructed them to go back down the aisle the right way.] [little things when the world as we know it is collapsing !]
