Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

The responses to Dr Victoria Bateman‘s reasoned arguments which focus entirely on her method of drawing attention to those arguments and conclude that she is a) a fruitcake, and b) an attention seeker. More ridiculous and irrelevant than that is the comments from both men and women that she should trim her bush. The Today interview was embarrassing, John Humphrys was a fulminating disgrace

John Humphreys should have been given a warning the first time he did that sneering laugh thing he does, and sacked the second time.

My father in law. I jump started his car twice in three days because he's too miserly to use it unless absolutely necessary and thus the battery has run too low and was too much of a skinflint to give it a proper charge the first time it occured. Consequently, it's fried the nearly new battery in my car, invalidating the warranty in the process and some of the electrics have malfunctioned and I have a hefty bill coming because of me helping him. I'm fucking fuming. 🤬🤬🤬

I can see a big falling out if I'm not partially recompensed.

Still awaiting responses to five time critical e-mails that I sent Sunday and Monday (and I know they haven't gone away). Don't some people get it!
