I've just remembered how I spotted the world's worst boy racer a couple of weeks ago on the M1 - after cutting through traffic behind me by overtaking on the inside and outside wherever there was the tiniest gap, he couldn't quite get past me (in lane 4) in time before lanes 1 to 3 were filled by a mass of lorries, so sat a gnat's crotchet behind my rear end and tried to intimidate me into speeding up to let him pass. Instead, I moved just ahead of the traffic to the left, and waited until just the right moment.
I confess to giving a rather vulgar fist pump when I saw the tell-tale double flash as he surged past me, underneath the waiting gantry.

Equally, if you're driving slower than the limit and someone behind wants to go faster, then why not let them past. What gives anyone the right to waste anyone else's life? It's pretty rude and ignorant to deliberately block and hold people up.
Not saying this applies to Charlie above!

I do try to let faster drivers past - especially on single carriageways.

I'll move over as well but I hate it when it isn't possible and I get some idiot virtually driving in my boot, especially when I have my children sitting in the back.

Velociraptor
On call afternoons which are quiet till surgery begins at 3pm, then suddenly prescriptions and telephone call requests and messages come baf! baf! baf! on to my list of things to do, and continue to hammer at me till 6.35pm.
Especially when I have to be at a meeting at 6.30pm.

I go to quite a lot of live music and it's driving me mental the number of audience members who chat chat chat away (loudly) while the band are on. Mate, I've paid good money to listen to this band ... shut your fucking pie hole or go upstairs to the bar !!!

Eynsham Red
I recently went to a Wishbone Ash gig at Kidlington Football Club. There was no danger of not hearing the band, but there was a sea of phones, cameras etc being held up to record the show. I can understand wanting to have a memento of the event, but surely just watching, listening and enjoying the gig in a relaxed manner would be give a much more enjoyable memory than re-watching a shaky poor quality video reproduction with poor sound. I really wonder how many of these recordings are ever watched.
