Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Caved and finished off the Pringles. And had a choc ice. But this was after checking mfp and realising I was well under yesterday so on balance across the 2 days it's not so bad :-)

And now, as this is the Fetch "Can" thread and from now on only positive statements from me. One or two small changes each week, and a positive thought each day.

Kicking off the small changes with the old favourite - drink more water (aiming for 2l per day)

Positive thought of the day - Day 1 of a new more positive me :-)

Focus is on the small steps.

We all do the stuff we wish we didn’t, forget them. Done. Did

I’ll always remember your support lady..

Hello Dio! Loved reading your post.. (as I already said earlier to FRU) it is a bit like looking in the mirror.

I am the absolute BEST at not doing what I set out to do in the morning. But occasionally I manage.

Notebook choosing is a very important step, good luck!

I collected all mine (I used small ones so they'd fit easily in my handbag but they filled up quickly) and still have them on a shelf next to the last 10 years of diaries.

I agree... it’s a funny thing but my moleskin feels like it deserves to be written in.

For some reason I’m wide awake early today again.. we don’t have the kids this weekend so we’re planning a big walk todays

One of our lazy habits of the kids are not here has been to go to the pub, or stay in and binge watch tv with drinks

We both want to change that, it’s good when you both want to make small changes, easier

Dio.. I think one of the things I realised was I just kept on blogging how unhappy I was but not really looking at those things I could change relatively easily. I feel like I just jumped.

Lots of changes at work made me hit a point of change. And then I just got the headspace to say to myself cove on girl your the one who can drop the “should monster” and actually do

My self observation is I probably quite like moaning and saying well I knew I couldn’t do that, but I also do know how to let myself “do”. Or can as our thread says

Small steps also stops my inner sabatour (sp). I’ve got my eye on her at the moment, little git!

Looks gorgeous outside. I’m doing my run (2.5 today) then we’re getting a pack up ready and skipping off hand in hand down the river path (lol, I wish! Be more like a steady push)
