Caterpillar P565: "I think the bar code thing is here to stay." Indeed.
And the excitement for the fifth anniversary (and then the thread rather stopped).
Scotland hits 10th anniversary on 2nd December.

.34 Hollywood: "And the new course layout is actually quite nice - the start's got a bit more space and the finish straight is now pretty much exactly 1km"
Wow - I forgot we used to finish 1KM from the wooden horse, round the pond, by the car park. Newly planted trees were the reason for that course change.

Good memories. The BPTT was really special when I started but I am quite amazed how much of the original vibe / feel has successfully carried over to other events. I suppose runners are just a good bunch and doing what they love with post run coffee / cake and a natter can't be anything but good.

Sorry for resurrecting an old thread. I was talking with a friend about BPTT (or Beepy Teaty) the other day and reminiscing about the event before it became Bushy Parkrun. There might be a few people still here that were around in 2006, when I first got introduced to it?
