Kirsty Jul 2016 8:17pm, 19 Jul 2016 887 posts	0 Kirsty Fulham Palace is extremely flat, 3 laps all on tarmac and has a nice café. Mile End is not exactly flat, it has a few tiny hills. It is an out and back (twice) and has a nice coffee van. Both have nice views of a river or canal.

At the moment Mr J is not confident with even small hills, so Fulham Palace looking the better option at the moment, although it's a few weeks away so he'll have built up more stamina and confidence by then so we'll see. Yes, the proximity of river/canal was a factor in considering those two
