Alex Bampton Jan 2011 7:09pm, 9 Jan 2011 1,021 posts	Alex Bampton Ran South-West xc champs today for Wiltshire first race since 12th of December recovering from a stinker of a cold only ran once since the 29th. Very happy I haven't lost much fitness finished about 23rd and counted for the county team. Lovely warm day down in Exeter and a nice course with some hills. Wiltshire schools next and inter-counties on the calendar!
