Weightloss has started for track season and that really helps. Like you stilldreaming I had a bone dry course at Burton Dasset but still used 12mm spikes as there was a lot of camber and climbing on the course.

Easily cleared after by banging them together. Decent runout for me, nothing special but hopefully another step forward in fitness. Club second overall in Div 1 and first B team. Masters matches that as well.

All 12s would have been fine but didn't want to change and it was soft enough to cope. I'm expecting the Nationals will need 15s simply because of the number of people and races.
