Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Well done Big_G. Running trails allowed me to run more days and more miles and suffer fewer niggles. Plus all the elevation will just make you stronger.

About 7 miles more than last year but a lot more ascent as I am looking at more hills in my running instead of strength work. Have been increasing my pace on the uphills

Wasn't quite my earliest day to 200miles after a little illness, but I've caught back up again and earliest to 300 instead. Currently 91 miles up on last year.

107 up on last year after 2 months, and remarkably slightly pulling away from my best year (2021) but any chances of maintaining that, especially in May, are slim.

Still, very happy with that.

Exactly neck and neck with last year at 213miles this morning. But we're almost at the point where it all started to go wrong last year so, if all continues well, I should start to pull away.

114 miles fir February in the end... fizzled out in the end, with two days off in a row. But new month, new me... Time to get going. πŸ˜†

126 miles for me in February. I'm coming back from injury and my target had been 120 miles so happy to exceed that.
