Last one I got from a colleague, on the heavier side, when I went on a run in between a meeting and the following work dinner. -what are you really getting out of it? (With a smirk insinuating that I must have some mental issue to do this) And when I got back.. How fast did you go? (I did a low intensity low hr run at about 5:30/km for 10k) -Ha, I can run that fast easily.. |
